NHS Sutton and Merton looks after the health of approximately 390,000 people living mostly in the London Boroughs of Sutton and Merton. They provide high quality, accessible and affordable services to improve the health of the people who live in Sutton and Merton.
As the overseeing health body, NHS Sutton and Merton owns and manages a range of community based nursing and therapy services. It also supports the work of 56 GPs' practices and is responsible for the NHS services provided by 77 community pharmacies, 72 dental practices and 47 community optometrists in Sutton and Merton.

Community Plan targets set out by the
